About the Tour
Q - Will I need an Audio-Visual Guide?
A - The new Nintendo guides that you can rent are pretty cool for the self guided tours around the museum. Should you wish to rent one and go on your own tour of the Louvre, please do so. But the answer is no, it is not necessary to purchase additional guides for the biblical tour. In fact many of the biblical pieces are not found or mentioned in the guide.
Q - Will we get to see the Mona Lisa?
A - Yes, at the end of every biblical tour, and pending on time and interest we will see very briefly the other highlights of the Louvre Museum, including the Mona Lisa.
Q - Can we take pictures?
A - You are allowed as much photos as you like, however the museum does request that you remove the flash on your camera. Sometimes, special exhibits, and on site artists will request that you do not take photos. But for the majority of the time, you are permitted to take photos.
